Nicki Minaj is likely feeling justified following her recent settlement with a woman who made outrageous claims against her. The woman has now issued an apology, acknowledged her falsehoods, and agreed to refrain from mentioning Nicki and cocaine in the future, or else face significant financial penalties.
According to newly acquired legal documents, the settlement entails that Marley Green, known on social media as “Nosey Heaux,” must apologize for her false allegations against Nicki, specifically her unsubstantiated claims that Minaj was involved with cocaine.
TMZ revealed that Nicki sued Green in September 2022 after she shared a video claiming Nicki was “shoving all this cocaine up her nose.”
As part of the settlement, Green admits that all her statements regarding Nicki’s alleged drug use or abuse were false and that she had no evidence to support such claims regarding Nicki or any other substance.

In her lawsuit, Nicki also alleged that Green made “vile” remarks about her son with husband Kenneth Petty.
Under the terms of the settlement, Green has agreed not to mention either Petty or Nicki’s child again, nor make any further claims or retweets concerning Nicki and illegal activities.
If Green violates the agreement, she will owe Nicki $50,000 for each infraction.
It’s clear that Nicki emerged victorious from this legal battle.
