Born Benville A Gustaffe to Susan and Charles Gustaffe, Raggs began singing in the church at 8 years old. In 1975, “Raggs” heard the Bob Marley and The Wailers and it ignited a passion for reggae music and to perform.
He was further inspired by the music of legendary Motown artist like Smokey Robinson and The Temptations
He and his band Bush Doktor has performed in Europe, Asia, the USA, Canada and the Caribbean, and currently perform regularly ventues in and around Seattle and Spokane Washington.
